Catalyst Innovation is a strategy startup helping organizations unlock new possibilities through innovation. I partnered with their founding team to shape the foundation of their brand—starting with a brand voice workshop to align on tone, values, and messaging.

From there, I developed two distinct brand directions, ultimately refining one into a fully realized identity. Deliverables included a comprehensive brand guide, logo design, visual direction, and a suite of custom templates to support consistency across internal and external communications.

The result is a brand that balances clarity and energy, reflecting Catalyst’s unique approach to collaborative, forward-thinking innovation.
